A professional interior project with visualizations and technical drawings – everything your home needs
The standard project covers the entire creative process – from concept and 3D visualizations to a comprehensive technical project with all the drawings needed for construction.
It differs from the full project only in that it does not include furniture detailing (finishing material plans, cabinet furniture plans, and elevations) and author supervision (coordination with contractors).
Interior Concept & Style Selection
4–16 wks- Concept / interior idea (moodboard, up to 3 options, all presented at once)
- Functional plan refinement, furniture layout plans in 2D format (up to 3 options, all presented at once)
- 3D model creation, 3D visualizations (3D visualizations are non-modifiable)
- Initial on-site measurements
International Design Experience
Every year we attend the world’s leading design and furniture exhibitions – Salone del Mobile in Milan, Maison & Objet in Paris, IMM Cologne and Stockholm Furniture Fair. Exhibitions reveal trends that the market adopts 2–3 years later – we apply them immediately.
We begin every project with a thorough analysis of the client's needs. For this, we use our prepared questionnaire that helps us comprehensively understand both functional and stylistic expectations.
We also evaluate the existing space plan – checking whether it meets all needs, and if we see potential improvements, we propose changes. Often, small plan adjustments allow us to discover not only more efficient functional solutions, but also refine the interior concept.
Once the interior layout and furniture placement decisions are approved, we move on to creating visualizations. Visualizations allow you to realistically see how your future home will look. To “try on” whether the furniture is suitable, or whether the colors, lighting, materials and interior accents match your expectations and vision.
Technical Drawings Production
3–6 wks- Furniture layout plan
- 3D visualizations
- Interior partition plans
- Plumbing fixtures layout plan
- Ventilation point coordination with the company performing these works (IMPORTANT: ventilation points affect the ceiling and lighting plan)
- Electrical lighting plan
- Outlet placement plan
- Ceiling plan
- Tile layout plans
- Floor covering plans
- Wall covering plans
- Accent interior element detailing (e.g. wall cladding decor detailing)
Once the interior visualizations are approved, we begin preparing the technical project. We pay special attention to lighting, as it plays an important role in creating the interior. Importantly, with lighting we can create scenarios, e.g.: dinner scenarios, movie nights, etc. This way the interior gains new dimensions, and the home becomes ever-changing.
It is important that the technical project is prepared only after the visualization stage, so that we can incorporate all agreed-upon solutions. In it, we provide all necessary information and details that ensure smooth project implementation.
Exceptional Technical Depth
Our team understands complex furniture manufacturing and construction technologies. This allows us to create beauty while concealing technical solutions and avoid mistakes that typically surface only when construction begins. Every drawing is prepared so that any tradesperson can execute it precisely.
Material Selection
~2 wks- Sanitary ware
- Tile laying layouts
- Recessed light fixtures
- Wall decorations
- Tiles
- Baseboards and trim
- Door model
With the technical drawings prepared, it becomes possible to precisely determine the quantities of each material – from tiles and floor coverings to plumbing fixtures, lighting elements, and finishing details. Only at this stage can we collect accurate commercial offers with real prices, as the drawings reveal the true areas, point counts, and specifications. This allows the client to make informed decisions and avoid surprises during construction.
How does it differ from the full project?
The standard project is an optimized version for those who don’t need furniture detailing and author supervision. The quality of visualizations and technical drawings remains the same.
