Do you work within the client’s planned budget?
Yes, we always start with a conversation about the client’s planned budget. We advise whether the desired interior can be achieved with the allocated amount. If we see that the budget is too small, we suggest solutions: either simplifying the interior or recommending a budget increase so the result meets expectations.
Do you collaborate with suppliers and offer discounts?
Yes, we collaborate with material, furniture, and equipment suppliers. We always pass available discounts on to our clients – we don’t chase commissions, we work transparently and in the client’s interest.
Do you compare prices between suppliers?
We don’t conduct price comparisons or formal tender processes between suppliers, as our main focus is creativity and interior solution development. However, we always work within the pre-agreed budget and select suppliers and solutions that match the agreed price level and the client’s financial capabilities.
What is the project preparation timeline?
The project duration depends on the size and complexity of the object, but timelines are always discussed in advance and clearly planned before starting work.
The moodboard and visualization phase typically takes about 4–16 weeks, depending on the project scope and number of revisions. After that, technical drawings are prepared, which takes about 2–3 weeks. At this stage, builders can already begin work, as they have all the necessary information. Over the remaining approximately 4 weeks, custom furniture drawings and details are prepared.
What is the payment procedure?
Payment is made in stages:
Advance payment – €1,000–2,000 (depends on the project scope and estimate).
70% of the project value – after preparing the concept, visualizations, and technical drawings.
30% of the project value – after custom furniture detailing and purchased furniture selection.
